 Life Post Products LLC warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship or product failure for the length of the period specified in the chart below which starts with the date of original purchase. “Product failure” is defined as a product unable to maintain its intended integrity. These warranties only include replacement of the failed or defective product itself and do not include labor.

Life Post Products limited warranties do not cover damage due to wind loads exceeding the wind ratings listed above for each post based on the 2001 Uniform Building Codes for exposure “B”.
These warranties do not cover damages due to accidents, mishandling, abuse, improper installation or design, alteration, neglect, flood fire, act of God, or use in harsh industrial, coastal or marine environments.
Rust on the edges of our products does not represent failure of our products and is not covered by our limited warranties.
There are no express warranties except as listed under “limited warranty coverage”. The warrantor is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of these products, or arising out of any breach of these limited warranties. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability are limited to the warranty periods listed above for each product.
