Bracket Method Installation:
Step 1 Cement the post to the desired height;
Step 2 Attach the brackets to the post using supplied screws;
Step 3 Attach the rails to the brackets with screws;
Step 4 Attach the vertical fence boards using nails or screws.
Sideboard Method Installation:
Step 1 Options One: Cement the post to the desired height. Then attach the sideboards. Alternatively
Options Two: Pre-attach the sideboards to the post. Then cement the post to the desired height. The sideboards can be attached up to 12 inches above the post for either option for cutting to finished height;
Step 2 Drill 3/8" holes in the sideboards corresponding to the threaded insert locations on the post. So you can mount the sideboards to the post;
Step 3 Attach the sideboards to the post using 1/4 - 20 x 2" long bolts;
Step 4 Attach the sideboards to all sides of the post, which a fence section will extend from;
Step 5 Attach the 2 x 4 rails into the sideboards with nails or screws;
Step 6 Attach the vertical fence boards using nails or screws.
